At Perfume Boutique, we want you to be completely satisfied with your signature scent. If your purchase isn't quite right, we offer returns on unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Pack Securely

  Carefully place the fragrance in its original, cellophane-wrapped packaging and secure it in a sturdy shipping box to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it to the outside of your package, ensuring any previous delivery labels are covered.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned bottle, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
